In addition to your personal liability insurance, your employer, GIE AIFOR, has taken out an operational liability insurance policy with the insurance company ACE European Group Limited, which covers all bodily, material and immaterial damages caused to any individual (or legal entity) within the framework of your professional activity.

In case of damage, please inform your employer GIE AIFOR as soon as possible.

In addition to your personal car and two-wheeler insurance, which covers your private travel and home/work journeys, your employer GIE AIFOR has taken out an insurance policy with the insurance company ALLIANZ, which covers the use of your personal vehicle for professional missions.

Make a request for a mission order prior to the trip, specifying the use of your personal vehicle with the vehicle registration number AND the estimated round trip mileage.

In the event of an incident (accident damage, theft, etc.) during your business trip, notify your employer as soon as possible and report the incident to the ALLIANZ insurance company (policy number 54917795).
