Mission order

During a mission within the framework of a trip (conference, meeting, …) you must send a mission order (ODM).

Mission expenses are not covered by GIE AIFOR.

To access the mission request form:

Your request for a mission order will be automatically transmitted to your Thesis Director and the Sole Administrator of GIE AIFOR.

You will also receive a copy of your request.

Mission letter

The mission letter is different from the mission order. It is established in the case of a mission of more or less long duration, in France or abroad. It is drawn up between GIE AIFOR, the company’s scientific manager, the laboratory manager and the host manager at the location of the mission.

It is imperative to inform GIE AIFOR of the event at least one month before the mission.
